usually good..last time we visited the employee gave us complete wrong part for the car. We realized that once we got home. Had to drive all way back, with these gas prices nobody wants to waste gas. Later said..well we are out of the part you asked for..that doesn't mean you just give a random one instead. So always double check inside the package if you actually got what you asked for so you don't have to waste time and gas.

The only place I get my car maintenance parts from in the Phoenix area. Best prices. A little busy but have a great call ahead. Will call. I can't find anybody in Phoenix that can beat their prices. And everybody is helpful and friendly and try to give speedy service.

What can I say...Excellence! Great prices on brand names and refurbished parts. Easy check out and service. 62$ out the door for my battery for a Lexus.. I'm amazed

I would give 5 stars but I really dont like the parking lot. There's not enough parking for the amount of business they recieve and also because how trashy the lot is. Theres always packaging debris and car maintenance misc. trash along side the building, street and surrounding area. Inside is what to expect for auto supply store. It's well organized and staff are informative.
The A/C in the place has it cold and comfortable to wait in line. They are well staffed so lines move quickly. You can place an order in Will-call ahead of time to save yourself the wait when you get there. Great prices. And no hassle returns on any unused products. Great place to save a buck or two.

Save yourself the trouble parts are cheap and defective half the time! They sold me a power steering pump that didn't work and since it was installed they don't return. Also bought the same pulley twice and box numbers matched pulley inside didn't. Guy on the phone said I should of checked the pump to make sure it worked. Just spend the little extra and go to a better autoparts store with warranty!
