Brought my car in for a weird clicking nose coming from below the car, they kept it all day and told me not to worry about it. A week later my entire tire flew off turns out the clicking noise were the lug nuts. Brought it back and paid $250 for a new wheel and tire, three days later that blew. Sent it to Big O tires and they told me that the tire was old and the lug nuts weren’t tight enough and if the tire hadn’t blown the wheel would’ve fell off anyway.

The place is over priced and you get what THEY give you. This is not a place to pull your own parts. If you have the unfortunate chance to deal with John Nichols you will surely be disappointed. He is very unwilling to negotiate and he will send you away if you don't like it. The other staff is very nice, helpful, and workable. Its unfortunate that the owner works there.
