I have not had previous issues until today. I watched the trash truck pick up my neighbors bins and skip mine, but yet my recycling got picked up. I called and spoke to customer service and they said they would call me within the hour to tell me what to do with the bin full of trash and they never did. A customer service rep emailed me and told me they’d be checking video footage and also never got back to me. They are now closed for the holiday weekend and I will now have a full trash can over the holidays because people were in too much of a hurry to get off of work for the holidays.

I have been fighting with my property management company and their "utility service" for the last week and half to get trash cans to my house. After a few emails to Jessica in a 3 hour span she was able to put the order together and hopefully we will have trash cans this weekend. Thank you so much Jessica for stepping up and making it happen!

Last week only my recycle can was emptied. My trash can was forgotten. I simply filled out a missed service report and it was handled within 24 hours.
Jessica (Residential Customer Service Lead) got back to me and immediately scheduled a pickup for the next day.
Thank you, Jessica and Waste Connections for your awesome service! :)

Called to get get a quote for Trash service rep told me that you cannot put construction debris in their 4 yd containers. I'm a small handyman business and HVAC company and sometimes I have to put my shop vacuum debris small dry wall and pieces of wood in the trash and was told by the agent that that was not allowed in their dumpsters not sure what they consider typical trash But I guess I'm calling another company for services lol. I can see why they got a 2 star rating

These guys like to randomly skip my trash bin 2-3 times a month yet will pick up the trash bin, which belongs to my neighbor, that it's sitting right next to. No clue why. The bin is not overfilled and the top is closed. Do I need to stand outside and record the driver to make sure it's not skipped?
Edit:
2 weeks later they skipped me again without explanation. Switching to Waste Management immediately.
