Called about a part they had listed on the internet, got transferred 3 different times before someone would look up the part. Every person I was transferred to was rude, last guy was no different, actually cussed at me as he hung up the phone after telling me he didn't have the part I was looking for. Incredibly bad customer service, don't know why anyone would do business with these people.

Sad to report that the reviews are right. Tried contact through Ebay to locate the yard for a trip, not taking messages. Data-mined for the website and got a phone number. Called, and reached parts. Gave the Stock number, did not want it. Very rude/assertive tone telling me to give year, option information. Eventually realized the stock number was the best way to lookup a part that was already deemed compatible. Asked for details. Priced way outside competitive. I will take my business elsewhere, to yards that will treat people with some baseline respect...

Saw a listing on eBay for a kit I was interested in. They had the pictures of the entire car on the post for the motor but no separate post for the exact parts I was looking to buy. Gave them a call and the guy couldn’t understand I wasn’t looking to buy the motor just parts they had removed and he hung up in my face. Their lost won’t get anything from me!

I had gotten these guys number from another recycler for a ECM I was looking for. I reserved the part online and then called them just to make sure they still had it and were able to overnight it for me. The guy was very helpful and my programmer received the PCM the next day. Thanks for the help!

I saw they were selling some seats on Ebay and needed some additional information so I called them. Every person I've spoken with so far has had ZERO customer service skills. They answer the phone with a poor tone and they are very short. I've been hung up on twice now. The first time I thought it was an accident so I called back again and again I was hung up on. So I called back again and was stuck on hold for a very long time... I hung up and called back again. This time I pressed 0 and it went to Parts again and I said, "What is going on over there? Are you guys having phone issues or just being rude? I've been hung up on 2 times and have been put on hold for a very long time." His response was, "What do you want!!!?" From that point I made up my mind to not deal with this company.. Come on guys you work directly with the public, you have to have better customer service skills... I'm not sure if the owner knows what is going on, but he is losing business over it.
