Very poor customer service second I they you your car will be ready in a week it takes two weeks to get a engine for the car. And they four different engine in the car starting with a v6 & your car is a big before they realize which one they needed and a mechanic's don't like to work fast and they claim they are knowledgeable but they are not. And they like to blame the costumer for not knowing what engine goes in the car and being responsible for there mistakes. And also claim they cant drop the price or give a discount on a engine do to there stupidly on what engine goes in a customers car. And 3rd they do not return calls to any costumers to in firm them on any delays or problems they come across. I do not recommend anyone using these people for anything.

As long as you're not afraid to pull your own parts, this place is great to shop for what you need. The keep the yard well organized. You should never have difficulty finding your parts. As an edit, you can get used tires there. They even have a station for you to dismount tires from rims that you find on the yard. But understand, you take them as is. They don't warranty used tires.

Didn't feel like driving out to Mesa to the place I usually use, figured I'd try out SA on 35th Ave. First off, I'm 98% sure that my small, cardboard box of aluminum never made it onto the scale. Figure with all the cameras, that would have been easy enough to check, but I left with assurances that it was weighed (not convinced). Second, the ATM they use to dispense the payment, didn't spit out the coins. It was only 40 cents but, the point isn't just my $0.40. How many people each day don't receive the change portion of their payout? How often does this happen? How many locations does this happen at? I spoke to the person behind the counter, and she is the reason SA gets 2 stars instead of 1. She said that the machine works sporadically and that SA doesn't have any procedures to get me the money. She then offered me a dollar out of her purse!!! I didn't take it, but the offer was appreciated and she'd get 10 stars if I was rating her service. It's disappointing that an employee has to pull their own money out to make good for their employer. Education costs money. Figure I lost about $20 in aluminum, and $.040 to a known faulty machine. Lesson learned. I'll stick with American Metals in the future.

Some of the signage can be a bit difficult to understand. Once you do however navigating the location is easy. Payment isn't overtly complex. Present receipts to the cashier then make a short walk to a ATM that process them and pays you. Overall a positive experience.

I had scheduled a pickup of my car to sell through a 3rd party, and they promptly set up a pickup for the next day. I confirmed I'd be there. Appointment time rolls around, I get a call from the driver but I miss it. I give him a call back 15 minutes after the missed call, but get the voicemail. I figured it's okay though because he left a voicemail saying he was coming in 30 minutes and just to call if I wanted to cancel or reschedule. He never shows up. I call the shop back and was told because I didn't pick up the phone call - even though I called back 15 minutes afterwards and had previously confirmed I'd be home - they had CANCELLED the trip without telling me! And would not be able to come until the following day. So now for 2 days in a row, I've taken off of work. I'll never use this shop again.

The team of professionals at Arizona Auto Parts are very knowledgeable and helpful. I used to have regular dealings with this facility when I was still working in the Collision industry and then I retired. I recently needed a mirror for my son’s old Corolla as he got a new one and I was helping him get it cleaned up for sale. Dave Gregory had one in stock in the color I needed and he called me when he had it ready to go. This is a huge operation with over five acres and everything one might need from body parts , engines , drivetrain etc. They have a well cataloged inventory and are part of a large group of recyclers . It there were a thumbs down i would post. Wow very bad customer service from the person who answered Named Bob I believe is what he said. Got to asking him questions about what type of metal I have and he hung up on me. Tried calling back twice but no answer. The reason I asked was because I've called a few more places before calling here and with the call they helped me out on what to bring before I head there. I don't want to show up and they turn me down then i waste a drive over. Very rude customer service on the phone here. Three other calls I've made to different places were all answered and gave good information without anyone hanging up on me.

Friendly quick service. This is the only place I will go to recycle metal because all the other places rip you off. This is a true mom and pop owned place that employees good people and treats there customers fair. They advertised they pay the highest price for scrap metal when they actually pay the least. I called around to figure out who paid the most for scrap and this particular place actually pays half of what everybody else is offering.
