Bought a Boat
. Said Normal wear. Brought dang good money.. they TOTALLY FORGOT to mention motor cracked in several places.. even had a note in boat from old owner stating motor needed work and cracked.. but they just happened to leave that out.. either the consignor KNEW or they Knew. And left it out to pad the auction price.. email GM AGM and yard.. and left 2 messages.. never so much as the courtesy of a return phone call or email..

I have a membership to this place, when I go in to just look at the cars that they have, I had someone with me and they wanted them to have to have a membership also. It was someone that works for me and I wanted him to walk with me and look at the trucks that I wanted to get further business no way they wanted him to pay $60 for a membership fee to look at the vehicles I told them to go stick their head up there beep so I wasted a membership fee for a place that thinks they are better than anyone else. Trash do not come here. Then they want to sell you safety vests for 5 to $10 it's a racket. Not very public friendly

Best Copart I've visited. The manager Jeremy Joseph helped me preview vehicles (each location is different) and had a driver (Jerry) bring over vehicles from storage. Grant jumped 3 cars for me. I called ahead about vehicle pickup. I was able to complete vehicle pickup in 30 minutes and after 4pm on a Wednesday. Outstanding location. Very pleased with the volume and friendly staff.

Ladies that work in the office please stop being rude and hanging up on people. I literally called 7 times in less than 30 minutes and every time the call just disconnected while me explaining what i needed. On the last call i asked the lady to please dont hang up as the previous 6 people and she was actually very polite and sweet. Ya’ll dont be rude and mean we are trying to work and do everything by your “rules” so please just be at least courteous.

This Copart like every other Copart is a disaster, all the employees have different versions of what “the rules” are.
People in the office walk by customers waiting and don’t even acknowledge or ask if anyone needs help.
This company is a joke and leadership like Spencer long and Jeremy Joseph is even worse for allowing these employees to operate this way.
