We were traveling through Boise when our Eurovan camper had a major problem. John was able to get us in right away, telling us they try to prioritize travelers, which we really appreciated. Chuck's a great mechanic and was very thorough in diagnosing. They were sharp about where to order older parts, got them overnighted and we were on our way the next day. While awaiting parts, they figured out an electrical problem that was causing a rear tail light to go out. John kept us informed all along the way and presented a very reasonable final bill.
