Arrived on the day before tropical storm Ian, in the middle of the day, when they were supposed to be open, and they were "closed for inventory". There were 4 other vehicles behind me, 3 with full trailers, and we all had to turn around and leave. There is nothing on their website or on Google stating that this business closes for inventory. There is nothing stating that this business closes for any reason during open hours. This is how you lose customers. I will never be back here. Also, if you go to the metal recycling place downtown, they pay waay more.

I am not happy they are closed today for inventory.. they should do there inventory on another day or at night because people come to recycle to get money like today I am broke and have a little bit of gas....and do said they will reopen on Friday

First time recycling and glad it was with them. This place and the people are very prompt, friendly and organized (Especially the guy Michael that assisted me). Everyone is so friendly and they have the best prices in JAX. Michael had a positive attitude and was very respectful. I highly recommend them because I am very Big on Professionalism.
