These folks have no idea what they are doing or how to run a salvage yard. You can’t talk to someone at a parts counter you have to call a sales person, literally from the waiting area of the business. Which by the way is 3 broken fold up chairs (see pic) they also don’t inventory or sell any small parts. They ignore you when you stand at the cashier window. It’s insane, their customer service at the u pull it isn’t much better. Their reviews are bad and they will continue to get worse.
CREATE TEST
I called to order a part and they sent a link to pay. And said they will pull it if I pay first, but failed to tell me to wait until I get a text that it's ready. I figured 1 hr is plenty for them to remove 4 small bolts for the part. Drove 1hr and the old lady at the cashiers desk was very rude and didn't care, horrible customer service. This place has no parts counters, I came 15 mins to closing , she wouldn't ask if anyone would pull the part quickly, very easy 4 small bolts, gas ain't cheap now

Normally decent service. I ordered a part on a Thursday from Rodger, said it would be here the following Tuesday. Never showed, he never called. I called Wednesday, he apologized and said it was on the truck for that afternoon. Called at 4:20 PM to check status, nobody answered, left a message. Spoke to Rober Thursday morning, again apologized, promised it would be on Thursday afternoon truck. Never showed, called and asked for supervisor. Waiting for call back as he wasn't in but she checked the order, said it was never scheduled for delivery.

If I could make this review A ZERO STAR, I would. This company IS HORRIBLE. The worse communication EVER. I literally called their actual number that is listed on their website for a lower control arm. I asked about payment ahead of time and was told that I was fine and that all I had to do was show up and pick the part up. They even went as far as stating that the part was on the shelf and ready for pick up and all I had to do was show up and pay. I drove literally AN HOUR AND 30 MINS to come get this control arm and even came the next day after we spoke. That gave them another whole business day just to be sure my order was ready. To my disappointment and inconvenience they told me that the part was on the vehicle still and that they’re going have to go back and listen to the conversation I had with the lady the day before, as if I’m lying or making this whole thing up. I told them to please do. With that being said, I wasn’t given ANYTHING for the inconvenience, no discount on the part, nothing. Just a simple oh well you can pay now and come back tomorrow. I’D RATHER NOT AS THIS JUNKYARD IS EXACTLY THAT, STRAIGHT JUNK. Pam is a horrible receptionist/cashier. Service SUCKED. BEWARE, DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

On this place you have to call somewhere else to place the order, then go to Carrollton ga to get the part it doesn't sound bad, well I call and told them what I need because I find on the web that they have a truck same as mine but when they answer my call they said they have about 15 parts that are the same they said many chevy trucks have this same part I tried to explain to them that it has to be from the same year and type truck they said don't worry we have it so I paid for the part and they send me to pick it up about 2 hours going there and back, ok I went there and they want to sell me a part that they think is the same so I told them it has to come out from an specific truck so they find the truck and show me the pictures on the computer it was the same truck as mine and I trusted them that the new part comes out of that truck so I drive to my house and it was from a regular truck so it didn't work, the problem her is they don't let you see the cars and the part you need from the car, so I have to drive again 2 hour to return the part this is not good. They lie.
