Definitely will not recommend or return! I needed a tire but they didn't have the size I needed in their shop so browsed their yard for a match. I paid $20 for the used tire we manually pulled from the junk vehicle + $5 disposal fee. Reasonable and compares to other used tires I have bought at other locations. Today I returned to purchase 2 tires. Again they didn't have any in the shop so we pulled 2 used tires off of the SAME truck from before and it took about 1.5 hrs. They were rusted and hard to remove. The owner (I assumed) quoted almost double per tire than my previous purchase. He said if they were on his floor he would charge $10 more?? I was confused and felt taken advantage of!!! Especially since my uncle and friend spent so much time for labor to remove the tires. He didn't care to explain why such a difference in pricing on the 2 purchases that came from same vehicle. Obviously they dont have set prices and appears he pulls a random number out of the sky... Not professional AT ALL. Definitely will not return, he lost another customer today over this. HOPE THE SALE WAS WORTH IT FOR HIM.

Huge selection of older vehicles not found at other 'quick crush' lots.
Decent average pricing on parts that you pull yourself.
Exorbitant price for towing. If they pull it, they own it.

Lady who works the desk is extremely nice. She actually even followed up with me the next day for a part I was looking for on my truck. That's what I call good business.

Prices are so high it's almost cheaper to buy new parts. Staff isn't much better either, even for a junk yard. You don't go to a place like this for customer service but come on. This company takes a group lunch for an hour and a half during which you can't look through the yard (understandable). They should keep one person there at all times during business hours like every other business.
