Great place to find auto parts and accessories for vehicles. Most of the employees are knowledgeable of vehicles and car repairs. They have a good inventory of car parts, and are able to order most things they do not carry. If you have an engine code on, they can check it with an OBD2 scan tool. They will also check your battery for you.

The manager "Heather" is by far the NASTIEST manager I have ever encountered. Upon ordering parts on the website (ordered what the site said I needed), they were wrong. My brother and I went to exchange the wheel bearings for the proper ones and when Wilson needed the password for the manager, she first ignored him numerous times, then said "what?!" like he was a nagging child. When she came over, she put her password in and said rudely and fast "it's going back on the card dude" and walked away. The store was NOT busy. When the return didn't go back on the card, she rudely told us "it can take a few days, ESPECIALLY on the weekend", rolled her eyes and walked off. I wanted to exchange parts anyway and she didn't ask this or offer how to refund/exchange, or apply the funds from what was previously paid for and pay the difference for the correct parts. Apparently her job is too much for her to handle and takes this out on customers. After walking away, she swatted at the only black employee, like he was a fly in her way. He didn't see this, but it was disturbing. Prior to going to this location, we stopped at the Asbury Ave location and were treated with respect and helped kindly, despite this store being 10x busier, with what appeared to be fewer employees working.
This manager "Heather" needs to be fired or provided adequate customer service training and adequate managerial training when under pressure/overwhelmed, in a relatively empty store. She is creating a hostile working environment for her employees and makes the customers feel uncomfortable in the process. The way she spoke to poor Wilson and us, the customers, is inexcusable!

Needed a new battery. Walked in, spoke with an employee right away. He showed me my options, answered my questions, and didn’t pressure me to buy anything. Then he put the battery in for me! In and out with a new battery in 15 minutes. Great experience

Auto Zone, Multiple employees helped get me the parts I needed, Loaner Tools in parking lot and they actually took the time to help, and teach how to fix the problem. Setup an account and also military discount. The experience was great.
