Great place to find auto parts and accessories for vehicles. Most of the employees are knowledgeable of vehicles and car repairs. They have a good inventory of car parts, and are able to order most things they do not carry. If you have an engine code on, they can check it with an OBD2 scan tool. They will also check your battery for you.

The manager "Heather" is by far the NASTIEST manager I have ever encountered. Upon ordering parts on the website (ordered what the site said I needed), they were wrong. My brother and I went to exchange the wheel bearings for the proper ones and when Wilson needed the password for the manager, she first ignored him numerous times, then said "what?!" like he was a nagging child. When she came over, she put her password in and said rudely and fast "it's going back on the card dude" and walked away. The store was NOT busy. When the return didn't go back on the card, she rudely told us "it can take a few days, ESPECIALLY on the weekend", rolled her eyes and walked off. I wanted to exchange parts anyway and she didn't ask this or offer how to refund/exchange, or apply the funds from what was previously paid for and pay the difference for the correct parts. Apparently her job is too much for her to handle and takes this out on customers. After walking away, she swatted at the only black employee, like he was a fly in her way. He didn't see this, but it was disturbing. Prior to going to this location, we stopped at the Asbury Ave location and were treated with respect and helped kindly, despite this store being 10x busier, with what appeared to be fewer employees working.
This manager "Heather" needs to be fired or provided adequate customer service training and adequate managerial training when under pressure/overwhelmed, in a relatively empty store. She is creating a hostile working environment for her employees and makes the customers feel uncomfortable in the process. The way she spoke to poor Wilson and us, the customers, is inexcusable!

Needed a new battery. Walked in, spoke with an employee right away. He showed me my options, answered my questions, and didn’t pressure me to buy anything. Then he put the battery in for me! In and out with a new battery in 15 minutes. Great experience

Do not go Here..This place is not the same as it was years ago..New Owners of this company does not have the same Work Ethic or Values as those who had owned it before..
My Son went to Econo Tire Co.Because of family members having no issues before... However time has changed!!.The Worker who was trying to put on a USED Tired,Broke his Rims on the Car..The Worker made a comment like.."Oh things happen"..!!.He not only did not take responsibility for tearing up a Rim that was almost Brand New..He even put on a No Good Tire!!.By the time my Son got home he had already had a flat tired on the tire that was just put on within A 10 to 15 Time Frame..
We will be reporting them to the Better Business..We also want for the cost of the Rim& As well as the Trouble that we went through...It is 2021..A New Year..If a Business wants to be successful,they need to Learn how to give Great Customer Service First..Next,they need to make sure they carry Insurance for events such as My Son's...What makes it so bad is that he just moved here from California,I. Which he got the Rims from there..The cost to go back to California, Airfare, Taxes,as well as to pay for transportation will cost almost 1800 Dollars or more!!.. And All for What..Due to the lack of Experience of a Worker..The Wrong doing on their part..He went to this businesses with nothing wrong on the Rim..They need to pay for it..
For those that are reading this comment..Run..!!.Go to another Store Place...Do not waste your hard earned !!!!.

I always use Burke Tire shop to change my tires. I went to this location today to get my tire changed and spoke with Christian. Christian was extremely disrespectful and rude. He wouldn’t speak only point and continuously rolled his eyes. He told me my lug nut was stripped and he couldn’t get it off. He told me since the other location put my tire on they had to get it off. He said that they are mechanics and they can deal with it. So I went to the north Dover location and they got my tire off with no issue I was in and out within 10 minutes. I wouldn’t not recommend this location I would highly recommend the NORTH DOVER location.

Just got a used tire from this place. It's difficult to call it used because it's a really nice tire with good tread. They changed the rim, balanced the tire, took off my doughnut and put the new tire on. For all of this they only charged me $43. You can't beat the price or the friendly and speedy service. I always go to Burke’s for flat tires. And when my tires got a sidewalk puncture recently I purchased my new tires from Burke’s and had installed at a competitive price to WalMart’s and in quicker time. The service is reasonably priced and fast, good quality work. I trust Burke’s. My trust paid off most recently when Benjamin saved me over $75 when he fixed my tire pressure sensor instead of outright replacing it. I don’t know of any other garage that actually troubleshoots like he does to find the less expensive fix. Any other place would just put in a new sensor and charge big bucks - which those buggers are so fragile- mine are always going bad- darn potholes. So I really appreciated Benjamin’s expertise and caring about the customer to truly help out. Thank you Burke Tires for being so decent and fair.

Today we were driving from Virginia up to NJ to visit with my family. After about 4 hours of driving our check engine light started flashing. We pulled over on the next exit and happened upon Burke’s. They weren’t taking anymore cars and were closing in an hour. But they were kind enough to take our minivan in. They fixed my minivan quickly and charged super fairly. It was so nice not to have to try to deal with finding a hotel for the night with young kids and be able to get back on the road. Well, I wish I checked reviews earlier. It takes forever to get the job done and they will basically screw you over. 90$ for oil change and 3 days to change one little thing in the car when they said it’s gonna take few hours.
Update: after being straightforward with them they managed to get job done in 30mins.
