We ordered the dumpster In January for home use. Pick up was supposed to be every other week. In the month of February they came once, and again in March they came once. We called them to request pickup because the truck forgot us, and got no response from Stan. We called multiple times after that for them to remove the dumpster and to speak about the bill. No one has ever returned our call, and now it is middle of December and we still have a dumpster that never gets picked up, and a bill that keeps growing that no one will respond to. If I can give them zero stars I would.

The service is terrible! When we called and were told we would have a a dumpster delivered by the end of the week it took 2 more phone calls and 3 weeks to actually get it. Should have known then to tell them to forget it. We've had the dumpster for about 4 months and the only way it gets dumped is if I hound him with messages because he never answers his phone. Last week it was full, he pulled into our yard and left without dumping. Today I sent a message to see if he was coming and surprise, nothing. No response to my message and he didn't show up. Now I have a full dumpster and I sit and cross my fingers that maybe he will show up next week. Ready to tell him to take it and I will take my business elsewhere.
