It was the best service I have ever had with a car dealer. I sow the car in their website and made an appointment to go look at. When I got to the dealer everyone was very pleasant. I took the car for the 24 hour test drive. The next in the morning I called them and gave them the rest of my information and after work went there signed the paperwork and drove away with the car. I also used the vehicle I had as part of the trade and the gave me a great price for it. I also took the Mini to a Mini dealership and had them do a full inspection of it and they told me it was a great purchase and the car is in great condition. Thank you CarMax for your excellent service.

This review is for CarMax as a whole, not just the N. Attleboro location, since you really can't "review" them on their website.
I had a vehicle transferred from VA to N. Attleboro, MA. The ad online for the vehicle pointed out a few imperfections but overall it was in good condition for 2019 VW Atlas. Based on that ad and the pictures, I paid the $250 to transfer it.
When the Atlas arrived in N. Attleboro I was told it was undergoing an inspection and cleaning prior to my arrival to view and test drive the vehicle. This cleaning and inspection lasted 3 days. When I saw the Atlas in person the entire third row was scuffed up, the leather seats were marked pretty badly and the felt on the back of the third row was completely falling off on one side. While I understand this is a car that mom's would drive children in, for it to have been "inspected" and "cleaned" was quite disappointing. Especially considering the images online DID NOT show any of these markings or damage, but showed other imperfections. If it did show these markings, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money transferring the vehicle.
After pointing out the VERY obvious flaws with the vehicle the sales rep stated he would take it to their service department to see if it was all fixable. Upon returning back to me, told me they could potentially get everything fixed and cleaned if I decided to buy it. To that I laughed, told him to fix it and then I would come back to see it, and left. I then purchased a vehicle at the VW Dealership down the street.
If you didn't catch on, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time/money/effort transferring a vehicle with CarMax because their inspecting and cleaning teams are clearly blind.

From start to finish, the process was seamless. We received our online offer, made an appointment, and concluded the sale within hours. Everyone was unbelievably friendly, efficient and accommodating. And the frosting on the cake? The offer was $3000. over what we had been able to get from other sources. It was a wonderful experience and I would buy or sell a car again with Carmax in a heartbeat!

From the moment I walked into the showroom today to sign a document, the service was the best! The showroom, restroom and waiting room are welcoming and very clean. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and was shown to the waiting room. When I mentioned that I had driven more than an hour to sign the title for a car that my granddaughter had sold to CarMax, the gentleman helping me offered to fill my gas tank. A very nice employee Eric not only filled my gas tank but checked and adjusted the air pressure in my tires.
Service above and beyond! I will definitely recommend this CarMax facility to anyone interested in buying a used car!

CarMax was the least frustrating car buying experience of my life. I was able to peruse their selection of cars from home with no pressure to find exactly the sort of car I wanted. It was easy to compare my options and even get a good idea of the car's condition. I'll definitely be back next time I need to buy a vehicle!
