What a Jerk!! Talk about customer service for starters I order parts for our company vehicles…2nd time ordering a part & Dustin was my salesman, change that attitude dude!!! We ordered a part , didn’t receive my receipt when I gave him the email ,didn’t write down the p.o I gave him, part arrives a week later & that’s with me reaching out . Customers should get better explanation for returns when it comes to shipping! & not tell customers to check out the website. Overall not great experience with the way it was handled, I’ve worked in the auto industry over 10 years and I’ve managed salvage yards myself lol so Dustin basically said it was my fault for an incorrect part which I gave the information to him reading it off our inventory sheets. Dustin sounded annoyed af! Like come on let’s make this right and not blame! forget about returning the part because it ain’t worth paying shipping it back! I’m no longer ordering from this location ✌

Big James went above and beyond for our daughter. He treated us like family and made the extra calls, multiple trips to the yard and even called our mechanic to make sure we were getting the right part. Needed a part for my truck doing hotshot, my axle housing was bad. Not only did they have the part but also James the customer service person helped me on finding a shop to take it to get repaired, James also had outstanding professional customer service, and was also patient making sure he gave me accurate information and more knowledgeable information to do the job myself, I resign in GA., and I have been doing hotshot for 4 months so far on my journey I have to say that ABC was fantastic on service I recommend them to any one. Don’t know if they ship out parts when they pull them, but if they do I would contact them first before looking for the parts else where ABC gives you that comfort to keeping coming back.
