Great store! I’ve been there a couple of times to buy silver bullion, and premiums seemed reasonable especially considering what online dealers are charging. Folks behind the counter were matter-of-fact, but not rude or anything like that. I was happy with my past experiences there.
Today I went in to buy some silver for a coworker, and possibly some gold for myself. They had some 1/10th oz gold bullion coins that were marked as “spot + 15%”, which again seems reasonable comparing to online. However, when I asked about the coins the man behind the counter quoted them to me at “200 plus 15%”, a spot price about $250 above what every reference I can find gave for gold today.
They were nice coins seemingly in good condition, and the overall cost was comparable to online prices for the same coin. But I can’t get past the up-quoting of spot price. I hate say it, but they lost my business for that.
