The first time, I could shrug it off as a mistake; however, the second time, by the same person, I realized it's a scam. Took in aluminum cans. The weight was 7 lbs. Cans were $0.50/ lb. Clerk used a calculator and paid me $3.00. When I corrected her that it should be $3.50, she acknowledged $3.50 was correct and would have to see if she had change. It appears they consistently and deliberately underpay customers. This happened twice in the past year.

Been coming here since 2008 its been hit and miss once in 09 we ran three runs there the first had my rangers bumper dragging for sure a 50 plus amount got to window and was handed a 10 monet from the load before me and was confused is what my g pa was told when I got back to load up again....he called and said come back so we got another load just over 30 and they handed me 100 to make up for last load even tho I was never told a weight for the load of mine just the washer and dryer that I was given 10 for as far as now I believe their still underpriced on scrap and won't ever take copper or aluminum there . Milano in mt vernon is best around for high priced metals

Very very very very unprofessional!!! I called for a dumpster 3 weeks ago. I have spoke to someone 6 different days about this. Each time being told today we will be there. I have rearranged my schedule every time to be available for the driver. I live 15 minutes away and cannot receive a dumpster. I am very very disappointed in this company I would not suggest unless you have all the time in the world to wait for them.

They tried to joke with me about it being stolen metal when it wasnt... and also gouged my prices I had atlesdt 3 pounds of copper a pound of brass and 11 pounds of sealed unit and 4 or 5 of electric motors and 14 pound aluminum rim. And about 30 or 40 pounds of sheet iron and got ten dollars I won't be returning

They absolutely refuse to answer their phone don't believe me? Call them yourself right now and they will not answer the place is a joke, if you want quailty service go to eagles recycling
