Bought a hood from them with burn damage. They shipped it to me and when I got it, the burn damage was way worse than they disclosed. The aluminum hood got so hot it was split in half. They purposely staged the pictures so you couldn't see the worst damage. Then they accused me of prying it apart myself lol. This thing is useless and I will have to throw it away. I asked if they would just refund the part ($240) and I would eat the ($300) freight shipping. They kept telling me they would get back to me and come up with a solution they never got back to me and never came up with a realistic solution. They told me I could spend another $300 to ship it back for my $240 refund, but that would obviously cost me more than throwing the junk part in the trash. I would be very cautious buying from them, they have been nothing but dishonest. They do not live up to their mission statement. SHADY PEOPLE!

This is the only place that has a huge variety of specialty parts at fraction of the cost of other yards. Customer service and communication gives me more reason to call them first. Fast shipping and part arrived well packaged. Will be ordering from them again.
