We love how affordable the parts are. My issue is how they parse the costs. Every screw seems to be nitpicked. But on the whole, it's better than having to buy it new. Another suggestion: A cooling station would be nice. It's freaking hot out there in the summer with all that metal absorbing heat and reflecting it back. People can have heat stroke or exhaustion out there. I have. I hate for someone else to experience that.

Last week I got into a pretty gnarly car accident. I am vertically challenged and my #SUNVISOR does nothing for me #shortgirlproblems...Luckily no one was injured ...EXCEPT MY 07' #MERCURYMARINER HYBRID ....Carlyle over at the Pick-n-Pull in #haltomcity was SOOOO HELPFUL in ️♂️ hunting down possible matches for the parts to fit my car⚙️ referred me to the location ️ in #Dallas for a Condenser and a Valve cover!!! There was a pretty long line ♂️ ♂️ ♀️ ♂️ when we got there but it moved QUICK ⏱️⏱️ and the employees were ensuring everyone was wearing a mask to enter the building! Upon paying the $2 entry fee, we were given a list of possible matches and a map ️ to navigate through this playland ♀️of Possiblities and proceeded to have a BLAST getting down and dirty ️
my only suggestions for improvement are that they clean out
**and either fix or lock front since they currently have port-a-pottys**
And a better numbering system for the rows...some of the rows aren't numbered until you get further out into the yard...but if you use your ️♂️brain you should be capable of figuring it out pretty easily....

So frustrated I needed to have this done and I guess I let myself down believing in them. I called on Thurs scheduled for sat 8 to 12 no one ever showed so I called to see if maybe they were running behind turns out they never scheduled me Wich is wierd because I was receiving automated messages all morning saying get my title ready today was my pickup day. Ugghhh now stuck in a bind. I really wanna cry I'm so frustrated

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a junk yard. Your staff are awesome! I would definitely recommend!

I expended more than 1 hour to pull a window regulator out from a 2005 Honda. They asked $55 for such an old part. You can find an OEM new one for $35. They are so ambitious!! Never again I'll visit that place.
