We ran out of fuel on the highway, although he wife was rude on the phone, Billy showed up with a smile on his face and helped us out. he only charged $50 to bring it to us. The only downside is that they take cash only.

I'm not the type of person that leaves reviews but our interactions with this company was one of the worst customer experiences I've dealt with.
I would not recommend their services at all. Extremely rude receptionist. She hung up on our insurance company while they were attempting to provide payment. Didn't even try to listen to our representative's questions and concerns (USAA Insurance) - Our representive called us and mentioned she had never dealt with anyone like that before in her experience. Because they wouldn't talk with our insurance rep we had to make a separate trip in person and the recepitionist was just as rude face to face.
Would highly recommend reviewing my comments and the comments of the other reviewers before deciding on using this company.

This is the worst tow company I have ever seen! The "receptionist"(wife) is as rude and hateful as can be and the driver/owner is as crooked as they come! Charged over $300 just to tow 3 feet, then threatened to keep the car and sell it when questions were asked. Also curses about the customers and runs them down like a dog and brags about charging truckers over $1500 just to tow or give roadside assistance! Beware of this company and call another town.

Worst company to call for a tow does not carry a receipt book and is just a awful people person and takes advantage of those who have no choice. Would not recommend I’d call someone else or sit till you can get out! He is a sorry excuse for towing company!

I work with a car company and we send cars all through the state. Occasionally we have to get some cars towed due to breakdowns, flats the normal things. When one of our cars was towed by Reynolds it was a nightmare. The people that are there were very rude and hung up in our face twice. We just needed basic information and they are less than forthcoming. The second time one of our cars needed a tow in the area the police called them to come get it. We were able to get a person to go and get the car before they towed it but they loaded it up anyway even after our person was there and said they can fix the issue and the tow service is not needed. They force loaded the car and took it anyway. We called to tell their office what happened and again they hung up in our face saying it was not their problem. I hope this review helps people stay away from this place and we would rather push our cars to where they need to go than have these people pick them up!
