I've been coming here for quite sometime and I love this place, BUT the last 2 times I've came the 2 women that weigh the cans are extremely rude and actually screamed at me and my disabled husband, we had other stuff to scrap, but I'm taking my business somewhere else, they both have nasty attitudes and quite frankly should be fired, we will go to Priest in Jasper, GA from now on because they don't treat people like that!! I will never recommend them from now on, it's unfortunate because the sweet woman that cuts the checks is super sweet and patient!!

I usually bring around 10k to 15k lbs of assorted scrap each year to royal because of how close they are to canton. But unfortunately today i brought 43lbs clean aluminum and recieved about $10. Very upsetting because i spent alot of time removing all the steel from it. Ill be going to other local yards from now on. And i only give 2 stars because royal is usually clean.

Very rude staff. Arrived before close only for them to say they close at 17:00. They guy actually pulled out his phone to confirm his statement only to see that it was in fact not 17:00. He then gave an excuse that they actually close 15 minutes before the posted closing time with a smirk on his face. He was not apologetic and rather rude. This business should update their operating hours as they are clearly inaccurate.

Josh b you must have done something bad or was very rude to them because they have let me come through the gate and dump my trailer about 5 to 10 minutes before they close they are awesome, honest, caring, hardworking people so don't be talking bad about them I've known them ever since they first opened so keep ur negative comments to your self Royal recycling y'all rock keep up the good work
