Bob, who is the only guy who answers the phone, is totally useless. I actually give him the part number to the part I need and he can’t find it. I can google the part number online but he can’t find it? Huh?
So I ask to speak to a manager and he says that there isn’t one. After a frustrating 20 minutes I still don’t get any service. I’ll never use this company ever again. I’d rather pay freight from anyone online than call this company again. Don’t waste your time with them, order online.
