Was told to bring my vehicle in on a Wednesday morning and drop it off. Called Thursday afternoon and they had not even looked at it yet. Called on Friday and was told they were going to get started on it and we could pick it up the following Tuesday or Wednesday. As of Thursday we still hadn’t heard anything so I stopped by only to be told they haven’t touched it yet. I was given several excuses as to why this was but no one could even call and let us know that they were delayed. The employee was very condescending when talking to me. While they could not get to my vehicle they were steadily taking more in to work on. I was told that they would not be able to get to it until the next week. We ended up taking it to another shop to get it fixed.
