Got a flat on I-495 thru Wilmington. Baul's took my call immediately called me back within minutes to confirm their driver was on his way. Aaron was very personable, courteous and efficient getting the car on the flatbed. Quick ride to their shop and the fastest tire change in history. Great attitude from the whole team. Thanks guys!!!

I was connected with Baul's Towing via Peddle, a company that farms out junk car sales to local affiliates. Baul's sent me an offer of $335 for an older vehicle I was disposing of. Initially, communication was good, and the driver did show up when promised, and also was in contact with me as I was not on site when he arrived. He was unable to find the key that was left in the vehicle, so left only $300. Later, when they were able to locate the key under the floor mat, an office rep named Fern advised that the owner of the business would Venmo me the additional $35. After multiple calls (the voicemail was full most of the time) and emails (which often came back undeliverable)--all of which went unanswered--I filed a complaint with the State of Delaware Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. They reached out to Baul's regarding the complaint, and were also ignored. ...so I never received the full amount that Baul's promised to pay for the vehicle. That's called fraud. Do you want to do business with a company like this? That's up to you, but consumer beware.

So happy that I went with Baul’s towing! My truck was stuck in a tight spot and they were able to make it work and were very communicable throughout the whole day. Price wasn’t bad either! Much appreciate it.

Was junking my car and the company Peddle referred them as the towing service. They texted me they were coming between 3 and 5 PM. I texted them back at 4 to check in and let them know I had the title and the car was cleaned out ready for towing. They never responded. Waited till 5:30, no call from them and no show. Seen other bad reviews telling to call the 999-99 number which I did and no one answered. Called the cell number the driver texted me from earlier in the day and no answer with voicemail box full. They never showed up and never even bothered to communicate with me that they would not be coming. I left work early to meet them and nothing. How hard I it to simply text the customer back to reschedule? Apparently it's very difficult for these guys as you can see with all the other reviews left and the same generic response they give saying sorry, yet never fixing the issues. It's the same problem over and over with these guys. Would not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional with no communication and they don't answer the phone or clear the messages so you have room to leave one. Had to contact Peddle and they sent me a courtesy check for $35 just for dealing with the inconvenience. I told Peddle these guys are a bad representation for their company. Peddle had to schedule a different carrier to come out to pick up my car the next day. Hey Bauls towing, instead of apologizing to customers for the bad reviews how about you speak to your employees and try to fix your company's issues before everyone stops attempting to use you for towing. You guys stink.

I wanted to sell my mother's car on Peddle like I have sold several vehicles before for them, I was assigned this outfit to get it even though they are 1.5 hours away from us. I called them and the message machines were full but someone called me back and asked "did you just call here?" so I said yes and asked them about picking the car up and questioned them being so far away, in the past the companies assigned were a lot closer and picked them up within a few hours, but this guy said it would be picked up Monday. I explained to him that I work during the week, have the day off today, this was 10:20 A.M. so I had the time, said I need to be there and if they couldn't do it today I was willing to just cancel and try someone else until I found someone local but he said "we can be there 5:00 today, will you be around?" and I said I would be, asked him if he got the information from Peddle and he said he did, told him to call the number listed on there and although I felt strange about it especially after reading the bad reviews I figured he would honor his word. I was at my parent's place, no show from them, called and left a "priority" voice mail around 5:10 P.M. asking "are we still on schedule?" but got no call back, no show, so I called them back 6:16 P.M. and let them know how unhappy I was that they "stiffed" me, didn't have the courtesy to call me back and say they weren't coming, but worst was that I wasted the whole day under the impression that they would take care of it when had I known they wouldn't have shown I could've found someone else to do it. Very poor service, they should've said if I couldn't do it Monday then forget it instead of promising me that they would do it today at 5:00, very rude and unprofessional like most of the other negative reviews on here said.
