Terrible prices, the staff have no idea what number 1 copper is “as defined as 1/16th of an inch thick.” They don’t have regular number one copper prices apparently or clean number 1 only the bare bright option which makes no sense they are literally committing theft to anyone who has no idea what different grades of copper are and they also weigh everything with the cart on the scale which means even if that cart is gunked up with grease or god knows what else on them I’m sure they still go off the set weight of a brand new one. As if all of them weigh the same, or have the same wheels or whatever the case. I swear these days you can never find a recycling establishment that are honest and are not always ripping ppl off one way or another these days.. I understand that they as well need to flip it to make a profit but that has nothing to do with the person(s) who come and to say least, keep your business up and lucrative. Would never return here for any recycling at ALL. Also would not recommend it to anyone ever.!Thats just my opinion though.

Update - went back and I continued to be pleased with the customer service. That might sound strange, but they go through the trouble to separate out higher volume stuff to make sure you get paid versus weighing the entire batch and then moving on. There was a line, but they moved us through quickly.
Ideal location. Staff is also exceedingly helpful when it comes to unloading and identifying and sorting what scrap you have. Namely, I dropped off a box of parts that included brass components that I did not realize were in there. The service staff noticed it, helped me separate those parts and that literally added $57 to my payment. They did not need to do that. Speaks to professionalism and integrity.

Less than half the price of what Leder bros across town pays for steel. DO NOT come here!

Been here about 5 times over the last few months with a variety of scrap metals from home renovations. They always have staff ready outside with forklifts for big appliances like a water heater or stove, which releases me from unloading them. You grab a cart and load up any smaller metals or piping. They move pretty quick to weigh all your scrap and get your price settled. They have an automated teller now so no waiting for a cashier after weighing up. Overall, pretty easy process.
