Had a massive clean-up at my in-law's mini-farm they were moving from and had lived on for over 50 years. Michael came out and removed all of the metal items and scrap metal in the barn area for free, and then gave us a fair quote to remove a lot of other wood and debris as well. The transmission in my truck went out and could have been a huge nightmare if it wasn't for these guys, first transmission turned out to be no good and not only did they allow me to return it, they had it rebuilt and installed for only little more than I originally paid for the original transmission. These guys are the real deal! And I admire and respect the fact that they didn't take advantage of me needing my truck, to jack the price up! I recommend Fowler's to anyone needing parts/repairs. Wow I just called For battery for a Chrysler 300 and the lady I talked to was very impatient said they have all kinds of batteries I was like well can you tell me if you have that specific battery because I don’t have a car to drive to get there I have to catch a ride and I wanna make sure it’s the right battery she said she had no idea and then I went to ask something else and the line went silent. Very nasty customer service. The black guy behind the counter is very rude and looks down upon his customers. Very unorganized lot, and very dangerous to be walking around in there. Felt like a car would fall on me at any moment. Even wanted to charge me for the screws that came off a bumper. Never again will I go here.

Worst customer service ever! By far the worst junkyard ! I got a radio and I told the guy “ the car is just outside I will try it ok? “ he said ok . The radio didnt work and I walked back inside right away to let him know . Them he told me that it was not returns on electronics !! What I joke !

The real magic is bookend sets for musical instruments, but they do a lot more. I saw slabs that are 20' long. The trees are cut with laser guided precision giant bandsaws. They have come a long way from salvage of fallen city trees.

I recently visited this location with a few friends of mine hoping to possibly find some parts for my car. When we walked inside there were a few people behind the counter talking on the phone with other customers, so I waited until one was free. Once one was, he asked us if he could help any of us rather rudely. I asked him if they were allowing people to walk around the salvage yard and he said no, then started ignoring us. Recent reviews and their own website led me to believe they were allowing people in, so I'm not sure that was true, although that's not the issue I had. The issue I had was the blatant rudeness we were met without any previous interaction. I'd always heard good things from my family, as they've been long time customers, but my personal experience was very different from that.

He was so mean.

I was in shock with what I just saw. They will never get my business again.
