Absolutely the worst customer service ever especially after they drop a pipe on your truck. I told the crane operator that I would pull the pipe off then he could use his magnet. He said no I got this. As he was lifting the pipe off it drops on my truck mirror and front fender and top of my. He then told me sorry about that the lady up in the office will take care of it. The lady up in the office laughed at me and said sorry we're not responsible. Talk about some unqualified human beings.

Joe was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I needed a body control module for a 2007 Caravan and 2 hours away, this is the closest place I could find one. Instead of waiting for it to be shipped, I decided it would be a nice drive and I got to pick it up right away. Reasonable prices, I paid $50 for it. I definitely recommend this place. The only caution I would add is if you have bad brakes, be extra careful driving there as they are located in a place that requires driving down a long, steep, very bumpy driveway/road. Also, the map was a bit confusing so I ended up driving in a big circle to get to it. That is nothing bad on them though, Dubuque just has really weird roads around the area.

I have went to key city for several years. Or they have come to wherever they had to and picked up vehicles for me. I'm not 100% sure, though I'm 98.5% sure that handsdown Jo is probably the most down to earth & honest man in the business. In fact I will go one step more and say in any business. I was hit by a semi in dubuque and wound upjunking my ford E250. Since I had a broken knee I had to do it by phone. Joe at Key City took a few things out and is holding them for me. He gave me a very good price, was quick picking it up so I had no storage costs to pay. He was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. We were looking for what is now becoming a harder to find gas tank for a 1997 4 door 4x4 Chevy S-10 Blazer and they a good used one put on by the previous owner of a Blazer just 1 or 2 years ago brand new including the in tank electric fuel pump for just $35.00! I'm going to be 48 pretty soon in December and have been going to them since I was a little kid with my dad. They're great guys to deal with and I would highly recommend calling them first.

Disorganized. Here to deliver stuff,if you didn't want it you should not have ordered it. Massive attitude about unloading stuff. Not our job to unload your load. Not even put on a proper dock to make unloading easier. When my paperwork says not to unload the load you know there's a problem with the place. Also slow.

Dittmer services our subdivision. They neglected to take our trash that was curbside for regular pick up this morning, along with several neighbors. They refuse to rectify their mistake, and will not pick up until regular schedule next week. They also are not crediting any accounts for their failure to pick up.

RUN AWAY! Worst kind of people ever. I picked up recycled plastic from there recently, the office asked for my license (which is common) and also asked for my insurance (which I thought was weird) when I asked why, they said it was company policy. When I was done I left and half way to my delivery I got a call from my dispatcher saying I hit one of their employees cars (which I did Not) and they are asking for $2000 in damages for a scratch on the bumper that I did not do! Now I'm in the process of talking to insurance companies to try to explain how fraudulent this is. They are scammers from top to bottom and do insurance fraud like its nothing. Stay away!
