The younger guy is the son of the owner. He answers the phone rudely. When asking a question or elaborating my needs as the customer, he over talks me. I was coerced into buy a radiator when I only came for a $35 fan. I was told I would need a new radiator because the original was cracked. Unbeknownst to me the new radiator had a leak. However, I felt something may be wrong with it initially because a few blades were damaged. When I was trying to let the car run to make sure it was a good fit I was advised not to and was being rushed to pay. The owner had insinuated that the mechanic and myself may try to run off with the product without paying. So I came into the establishment to pay and noticed a sign saying “cash only”. I left my son, 15, in the car with the keys so that he can still charge his phone, etc. Now mind you my car was parked on the property of this establishment. The owners son came and took my keys out of my car and said he was instructed to hold my keys until my return. I got a ride from someone to get cash and my son was uncomfortable and asked to come with me. I WAS LIVIT. There’s nothing in writing saying this was protocol. When asked about this neither the owner or the son gave an explanation. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and I will be making a report with the BBB as well. They need a crash course in customer service and decorum 101. No way is it ok to talk to or treat people any way they please. None the less I still have sometime to exchange the radiator however, if I could get a full refund I surely would. They’ll NEVER have me as a customer again.
