I went in to buy an oil filter for my 2001 Toyota Highlander and the lady who helped me told me that they do not sell Toyota products. Even though I had the item pulled up on my phone showing that it was in stock she was not willing to look for it at all. My dad even called to make sure it was in stock and they told him they carried it but was not willing to look for me when I arrived. None of the employees were wearing name tags so I was not able to get his employees name. I will not step foot into this store again until they can figure out how to help a customer out even when the customer has proof.

Stopped in yesterday to get brake pads/rotor. The young kid I believe his name was Daniel was downright rude. He was very condescending, talking down to me. I told him the car/motor and he asked about the model? Which I didn't know & have never been asked before. I offered my vin which they have used previous to identify needed into & he declined that info. Said it's YOUR CAR you should know. He wasn't willing to help me at all. Doesn't seem as though customer service is his thing. I was ready to take my business elsewhere. If my son hadnt of intervened & I hadn't needed the parts so bad I would of.
On a side note: he sold me the wrong rotor had to return today and exchange.

Been to this store two separate times. The store manager - Pedro Ortiz is rude! Does not like to help customers. Everyone can have a bad day, but this person runs business off! I wont return there!
I feel bad for the other employees that he supervises. NOT Supervisor Material

I had problems with my Alternator. The employees were very helpful and helped me get a new one. Before they sold it to me they double checked the alternator was going to work correctly. Very good experience overall and very helpful people.

Took battery in for a charge only to leave with it being bad. went to get it warrantied at purchase place only to find it leaking. Took it back to AutoZone and Spoke with Christopher George. He looked at battery and took care of my needs with a replacement battery. Thank you all the people at this store for all you do and thank you Chris for taking care of my needs.
