So 2 years ago I had a pretty good experience with 4 Wheel Parts more recently I have been there on 3 separate occasions waited over 20 minutes and and still had no help or even Greeted. I waited At the front desk with only 3 other customers in the store To ask a quick simple question about what they had in stock. And after waiting nearly 30 minutes I left.. I went next door to MB auto and was helped immediately. And i found what I needed at a fraction of the cost then what 4 Wheel Parts charges.

I only trust 4 wheel parts with my Jeep. Every time I need something fixed it gets done right the first time and I don’t feel like they are trying to get me to buy something that the Jeep doesn’t really need. The staff is friendly and try to keep to schedule the best that they can. I did the mistake and took my Jeep to another shop because 4wheel was booked. Regretted it when my Jeep was damaged and ended up back at 4 wheel to fix what the other shop broke. Lesson learned. Why change a good thing. So I’m here again and will never let another shop touch my “ANONYMOUS”.

Ordered a set of wheels and tires on 8/2/22. A week later I emailed customer service and got no response on my shipping. A week after that I emailed again and customer service said they would look into it. Never heard back. So I emailed customer service again and they said I need to contact the store directly. So I called the store and they were waiting on one tire. Said they would get back with me. No one did. So I called again and they said tires were in and I made an appointment for yesterday at 1pm. Dropped the truck off at 1 exactly to get wheels and tires mounted and balanced. At 3:15 they still were not ready. I left and came back 2 hours later and the wheels and tires were loaded up but no lug nuts. Also, the 4 times I was in the store that day you wait at least 10 minutes before you can speak to someone. What is the point of an appointment at 1pm if they don’t get to it for hours later? I’ve had bad experiences here before. This place doesn’t care, that’s for sure. Will never be back. If I could put zero stars I would.

Saw the store from the highway and decided to stop. Spoke with Trevor and he was so extremely helpful. Knowledgeable and professional! Took the time to answer my questions and offered solid advice. You dont get any of that on the Internet. So glad I stopped by! Will be back to make my purchase in the fall.
