My truck broke down near the Piedmont high school. Called Fagans and they came within 10 min of my calling them (of course I had been near them) and he got the truck on the tow truck and took me back to my house in Weaver. I’m just gonna say this, this guy was extremely nice and helped me out a lot, wasn’t expecting the price but I’m not used to using a tow truck service so it could’ve been for mileage I’m not sure. I rate them 5 stars because they really helped me and was very considerate for my two year old daughter. We sat in the air conditioning because he was more worried about her than anything else. Thank you guys so much!

Very good service and price. I needed a front end nose and they had it. Edward Jr. sent me some pictures of it. It looked good. Said I wanted it. They got it ready on time when I needed it. Drove up from south eastern Louisiana, the part was just as described, and in good shape. They loaded it up and we were on our way back in less than an hour. I would recommend them. Drove 91 miles to get a pair of doors after TWICE confirming that they were Silver and not Grey. Got there and we couldn't find the car. After walking around for an hour we found a grey car. The owner needs to fire the manager for incompetence. Very lethargic and unhelpful manager who has no idea what they have and no care to assist and Truly confirm items. Don't shop here! Go to Myers in Hiram, Ga. Very good place.

Just good, all round country folk. Both me and my parents have had the pleasure of their help. First time ever having to get a vehicle out towing and every employee there was amazing. Extremely courteous, truck sat so long it need jumped… they jumped it for me let me start it and everything possible to ensure it was still in the same condition and ran just as it did when towed and that no parts were missing and even pumped up one of the tires that was flat. Extremely grateful for them to go out of they’re way to make me comfortable that all was well with the 94 pickup before paying a large 3k+ tow bill.

The only reason I give this place one star and not zero is because of the young woman who helped me with billing. Otherwise, my experience over the phone today was HORRIBLE. Absolutely ZERO customer service skills over something so simple that could have easily been addressed if the guy who answered the phone listened to me and what I needed instead of yelling at me out of frustration from the misinformation one of the other employees gave him. I don’t know if it was the owner or dispatcher but I was in disbelief of the level of unprofessional exemplified. One associate told me one thing and another associate told me another. When I asked why was he being unprofessional and presenting that information to me in such an aggressive manner, before I even got to express the service I needed, he said because I was trying to make things difficult and to stop asking the same question to everyone. He continued to yell and not allow me to clarify the situation, and then hung up on me before I had a chance to speak. I literally asked my question ONCE and the other person didn’t know the answer so they got this guy, the dispatcher or owner, on the line that came off aggressive from the start of the conversation. I didn’t know that asking a simple question about YOUR services was being difficult. I will never ever use this company again. They need training courses on basic human interaction. They haven’t even made it to the level of basic customer service, which they have none of. Lastly, I suggest for the locals to contract with another towing company and not force people to have to use this service if they don’t have to. Never again…
