Absolutely outstanding! We are long-time patrons for Larry H Miller’s stores. So when my son wanted an older model Camaro, we opted to find one with a LHM dealership. The LHM used car dealership has all the same quality assurance measures and customer service standards that their other stores have. We purchased my son’s Camaro for a great price. A few months later, a problem was located on his car and it was evident that the problem existed when we bought it. LHM handled it. They didn’t have to — they were under no legal obligation to do so. BUT they inspected it and realized that the problem must’ve even missed when we purchased it and since it had been less than 90 days since the purchase, they took control. They ordered the parts and fixed the vehicle as a means of backing their multi-point inspection conducted on all used vehicles that they sell. Beyond this incredible act of integrity, David (sales manager) was extremely accessible and helpful. He was honest, straight-forward, and kind. David is a rare exception in my experiences with dealerships from my past (not LHM but others). Also, Carlos in service was very informative and patient — always taking our calls and answering our questions. I will return to this dealership for future purchases and service — and I will refer them to anyone that I know. It is reassuring to know a company with integrity is nearby. Thank you!
