My blood is boiling! They told me that they had the part I was looking for and told me to sit and wait for them to pull it. After an hour of waiting they tell me that they don’t have it. Simple updates to your inventory could save your customers time. Did not show any empathy for the hour of time they had me waiting! I am furious!
