Not sure about anything else but the lady in the office was not real nice I asked if I could use the restroom as we had been there for a while pulling parts and she said it's outback a portapotty, so I go out there and had to stomp through nknee hi grass.. it looks like it hasnt been mowed in I don't know how long and the porta potty was sitting in the bushes I don't think it's ever been used therefore it wasn't stinky, So I guess that is a plus

Mr. Odell is AWESOME! Kikers is worth the drive from Fort Walton when needing parts! Thanks team!

I bought a engine for my scion xb i paid $700 for it plus i had to pay a mechanic to put it in for me just to find out it was blown so i took it back in to kikers for a new one that they owe me and they tried giving me a Toyota engine they are not compatible with scions so now they have put me at the back of line again and plan to pull other peoples parts before mind even though they made the mistake i am currently missing work because of this issue and i have to pay another mechanic to put another engine in my car for the second time

I think my preference is for U-Pull-It Lots in the area have changed dramatically in the last few years. I used to go to Butler's U-Pull-It, but the last time I went there I was sorely disappointed in their dwindling selection of cars. I own a relatively niche vehicle, a Volvo 240, and the last time I went to kikers, they had three different two forties and a couple of 740s on the lot which has an identical engine. And if you have a less unique automobile, there are a lot of cars to search for parts on. The prices seem very reasonable. Anytime I've ever come here, I've walked out the door feeling very satisfied with what I paid.

Been using them for years and honestly the new people make it to where I won't come back. If you call them you will get asked to hold at least 2 or 3 times that's ridiculous customer service. Everyone there used to be so kind and helpful and weren't trying to get every dime you had. It's very sad to say I won't be returning to a place I grew up using and always loved.
