Excellent customer service and incredibly fast shipping! I ordered an upper grill for my wife’s vehicle, and was accidentally sent the lower portion of the grill instead. One call to Besslers had the mistake resolved in the best way possible. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and will go the extra mile if need be. I will definitely be looking to do business with them again.

Sent me a defective differential. Warrantied it out and they sent another, but I find out that they only pay $55/hr on labor costs (which covers around half of the labor) and I'm going to have to pay for the warranty for the second differential as well. I'd be satisfied with the process if the first part they sent had worked for any length of time at all, but given that it was defective, I'm disappointed that they didn't make things right by covering the full cost of the second repair. On the plus side, the initial cost was quite reasonable, and the customer service is friendly and prompt.
Edit - after speaking with Adam after his reply on the post, Bessler is making things right. Glad to see a company this responsive to customer experience!
