When we called our road side assistance for a tow, they sent this company. The estimated time of arrival was 2 hours. We waited out the 2 hours at a rest stop in 113° heat only to have them not show up. When we called the first person had no record of our tow request, then the second person said their tow truck had broken down and they would call us back. When we didn't get a call back we called our roadside assistance and then they said it would be an additional 1 hour. We waited the additional hour and called the tow company when they still hadn't shown.
I spoke to a gentleman that asked me to contact the dispatcher. When I called the dispatcher, they picked up the phone and hung up on me... twice! When I called the third time it went straight to the voicemail. I left a message and called the other gentleman back.
We did eventually get a flatbed to our location and after speaking to the driver (who was not at fault because he didn't get our tow request until just an hour 40 minutes before and the dispatcher sent to a call to jump someone who's car was in thier driveway) it seems as though the issue lies solidly with the dispatcher.
