Only came here because I didn’t want to walk in mud or rocks at the other yards, found my parts according to the printout they gave me, get to the counter and denied the “guarantee” they sell with all parts, I asked what that was for and the worker told me a 90 day warranty basically, as cheap as the parts where I denied it to save some money. Well I get out to the car and try to install a window switch I just purchased according to their computer systems matchup and it had a wrong plug, wouldn’t work so I went back inside and they denied me a refund because I didn’t purchase their $6 guarantee when it was their computer system that gave me the wrong parts in the first place, didn’t even offer me an exchange to go look for the correct one. I’m very disappointed in their behavior and will NOT be going back, paved yard or not how they treated the situation was rude.

They can’t even help out to pull out your receipt, very very poor service. If I can give them 0star I will do it,. It’s going to be my last time showing up here

This used to be the only place I'd come because it was clean, and well-organized in their prices were right. But since LKQ took over, it's no longer clean it's actually just a junkyard and a concrete lot. I can't get over how badly it's run and how badly it looks there I mean it's like nobody cares anymore so I probably won't be back anytime soon it's a shame actually I used to love to come here.

There is not an option for negative stars. I am reluctantly leaving 1 star even though this grossly overstates the quality of my visit. I am 47 yrs. old and this was the most horrible experience of customer service
I will admit, I was frustrated and aggravated. I walked about for a couple hours in 100 degree heat for absolutely no reason. I went to LKQ and not one of the smaller yards, because I expected that LKQ would have knowledgeable staff members capable of conducting themselves professionally. I was wrong!
I only needed a used part. Instead, I was provided the worst possible experience. I was given a list of cars of which not one had the part I needed. I was heckled by the staff including the Person in Charge of the LkQ Facility in Washington Park, as she let it be known that she wanted me to enjoy O'Reilly's. She then proceeded to tell my 10 year old Son how horrible I was and that he did not have to be anything like me. Then the overfed cashier screams out, "were there cars out there?" Really? She then pulls out a piece of paper, flips it over, and starts to read the "crawfish clause". I have worked for some very reputable businesses in the St.Louis Area and NEVER have I seen any employee start reading the microscopic terms or conditions as a means of supporting their inability to conduct business with some degree of integrity. I hope that LKQ provides the video and audio, of the lobby, for those viewing this review. This place was a joke on this particular day. This place was a complete disappointment.

The yard is always well organized and reasonably clean. Prices for parts are usually pretty good and this is the best place to go if you need something specific. A concern I have though is that one of the last times I visited I ended up with a sizable gash on my wrist and none of the staff were able to find a first aid kit.
