Called them about a pick up truck I was wanting to get rid of, they told me to text them my address & told me they'd come & get it, which they did. But when he got to my house he said he didn't bring his check book & that he could mail me a check & asked if my mailing address was the same as the address I texted him & it wasn't. So I texted him all of the same information as before but with my post office box number. Well that was 2 months ago, I've called several times & left messages & I have never gotten a response back.
Update: I went down there & they PAID me.

People here were great. So friendly and helpful. Prices are great as well. Only complaint me and I husband have is we need more room. It’s a tight fit if you have a big truck and trailer

I have been scrapping iron in my truck for over 15years. And I know when my truck is a squatting that I have a lot of weight. They didn't put my total weight going in or going out. It just said 1900lbs. There's no way that's all the weight I had... Plus they should have a digital scale that the drive can see there weight. When they pull on the scales. They do not. They may pay more per ton. But if they just write down what they want they screw you. I would give them no stars if I could. They should have to show the driver the weight outside of the building. Plus they should have to stamp what the scale says just like at any coop. Just plain shady! Hell will freeze over before I go back to that crook!!!!

Terrible customer service. Something falls off this company trailer that's over filled with no netting to cover.. and chips my windshield and the owner has the audacity to say I'm trying to scam him over filling a chip.. great guy.. pleasure to talk to on the phone
