Not impressed with the loader operator. Young guy dropped the truck while trying to pick it off the trailer. I asked him 4 times to stop and we would just push the truck off the trailer and he refused. I asked him to call a manager for me. He also refused. He then dropped the truck 3 more times onto the fender, the ramps and then off the side and refused to acknowledge me. An older gentleman came with another loader and finished removing the truck safely. Use caution when having them unload. They refused to acknowledge the damage to my trailer or even offer an apology for the situation. I understand that accidents happen. This could have very easily been avoided though.

I've scraped many yrs many states FAIRS is the best I see negative comments as someone who don't know what they are doing or are disappointed because they didn't make as much as expected go to Omni source in Bay City see how you like it there your not going to the scrap yard to be pampered just saying. Fairs and employees are the best

Was greeted with hostility and given no direction/talked, down to upon entry. Watched the scale hit 355 and stand, and ticket was wrote for 330. The lady at the office was seemingly helpful and concerned; but seemed to know and be prepared for this kind of situation, and no solution/compensation was met.

They make it so simple. I've been to the scrap yard a few times and have always found it much easier than other yards. Merle helped me get a metal dumpster to do a barn cleanout. He made it so simple.
