My most recent experience with Pik-A-Part was very good. They went to some trouble to determine what part I needed, that they did not have it, but it was available about35 miles away. Then they offered to pick it up for me. I said I would be going that way in 3 weeks so it didn't need to be shipped. The owners daughter said she could probably pick it up in 2 weeks. We agreed whoever got there first. It turned out she sent a text. She had it in no extra charge in 8 days. Picked it up and all looks good.

Bought a rear knuckle for my 07 eclipse..was told the owner himself is who took this part of the donor vehicle and I recieved a knuckle with a broken bolt left in it that I obviously couldn’t use without drilling or tapping it out, but what was funny I was told if they had the part there they could get it out? Am I missing something? , you had the part there to begin with and removed the knuckle yourself, snapped the brake line bolt off when removing and sent it out anyways with out even trying to remove it or call and say there was a problem when removing the part! Just lack of care in my opinion..wouldn’t get my business again but heard good things about them and that’s why I went and gave them a shout. Part was reasonably priced and they did ship it to me so no complaints there. Just wish they would look over the parts they pull or whoever pulls before shipping so this doesn’t happen to someone else. 2 **

I love the owners! I was their delivery girl for a long time and got to visit with them briefly each day during my pickup or drop off. Great people who do great shipping!

Just stopped there to use my phone, but they have a vast assortment of salvage vehicles. In the case of O'Reilly's not being able to supply the NEW parts I need, I'm sure PIK-A-PART would be able to offer the salvage parts instead.
