Irene, who is consistently rude with myself and other customers out did herself today. I went to pick up a battery I ordered online. She did not want to give me the battery even though I had the order email. Eventually she accepted a picture of my ID but kept going on about how the next time she wouldn’t do it. I asked her to stop talking to me bc she clearly had an attitude like normal. She continued, then proceeded to ask if I needed installation. I did but based on our interaction, I told her I didn’t trust her but she could carry it outside. She sits it down next to my car stating policy is that they can’t touch the car…-although they have to in-order to install batteries. I then laughed and called her silly. She replied with “and you are a monkey” and blew me a kiss. I have previously called her regional manager for her rudeness to me and others but apparently they do not care and are maybe racists too. This store has inexperienced worker, constantly gives out wrong parts now this. Never again.

Ordered two reman parts off Advance Auto online, one was defective. Tried to receive a replacement through this store and they could not find my order, nor order a replacement part, said I would have to deal with it through customer service. Also said I couldn't return cores in store which was incorrect. Also said customer service was only available Monday through Friday which wasn't true either.
"Manager" (female) was very rude and asked if I was done so she could go back to conducting an interview. Use a different store in the area.

Good help on Sunday, May 22nd. While not on shelf, attendant did locate an item in back for me once asked if there was a lower cost DEF, over the blue DEF brand.

I had come over to get the parts that we order for a 1999 Dodge Van that the person had problems finding it and also had not got one other part and it won't get there until later and we actually make do with the ones we got.
