Expected a bit more comradery from a mom n pop style junkyard. I accidentally spilled some water out of an intercooler (which isn't supposed to have any water in it) on the floor while inspecting for damage and the woman started to complain and telling me to watch what I was doing.
If they kept the part in a place where water wouldn't get in it and sold me a quality part that wouldn't have happened...
I expected to hear omg there isn't supposed to be water in the intercooler let me help you clean that up so sorry. I actually expected to be offered a discount since that intercooler is supposed to be dry....
I didn't feel respected as a customer.
