Before my long drive to pick up the module. Tatiana at the front desk took the time to go out to the warehouse and put her hands on it. I felt a lot more secure making the drive knowing it was 100% there and in good shape. Once arrived,she was kind and knowledgeable. Her manager Robert was hilarious and helpful as well. Terrible customer service. The heavy set woman at the front is extremely unprofessional. She was huffing and puffing because she had to get up and take my card for the transaction . And acted like I was an inconvenience. I was told I would receive a call when the part arrived and never did. Luckily I called, and it was there. Customer service is and will always be the only way to run a successful business. Please keep that in mind.
