If you are darker then printer paper don’t waste your time going too this place. I had a 2020 mustang I was trying to sell them, I was told over the phone I could sell the shell without title. When I got there I was I told I needed the title! Waste of my time!! Today I finally got the title and now they “pass” on the deal. Definitely don’t recommend nobody to go here.

I get being to the point and no bullshit type of business, but whether you do business or not with someone there is still a level of respect to be given. I called in to sell a Ford Explorer V8 XLT . The vehicle itself is worth 3 times the price I asked for but the guy wanted to low ball and insult me at the same time. I'm not saying don't do business here but with my current view I wouldn't; do to the way I was talked to by the guy on the other end of the phone.

I was hunting a part for my Mercedes. I spent 2 weeks hunting before LKQ Monroe. Before my long drive to pick up the module. Tatiana at the front desk took the time to go out to the warehouse and put her hands on it. I felt a lot more secure making the drive knowing it was 100% there and in good shape. Terrible customer service. The heavy set woman at the front is extremely unprofessional. She was huffing and puffing because she had to get up and take my card for the transaction . And acted like I was an inconvenience. I was told I would receive a call when the part arrived and never did. Luckily I called, and it was there. Customer service is and will always be the only way to run a successful business. Please keep that in mind.
