Bought an engine for $1600 and had very low compression and didn’t even run after working hard for 2 months to get it back installed into my car. Upon pickup of the engine, the guy was was rushing and seemed upset for no reason at all. On top of that I was told the warranty was for 90 days online, when I bought the engine he told me it was only 30 days?! Like come on! Do not ever buy anything from here, they should be out of business!

Got a great deal on a spotless, low mileage Honda engine. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Worth the drive from Tucson! I will certainly shop here again!

Bought engine for $2100 from the man that works at this location (he has an accent). This dude is always in a rush, the engine didnt even last 6 weeks after it was installed. The warranty was expired but i wasnt asking for any money back but just to see if we could come to a solution. But the guy rudely hung up on me soon as i said that one of the cylinder didnt have compresion he started being defensive and just hung up on me. I bought 2 engines from the same man the 1st one was great no problems but the 2nd one couldnt have only had 50k on it. And he was in a rush to sell that engine so much that he gave me fake results cause the compresion was never checked

Read the warranty section before you buy anything. Bought a engine from them, had it installed, was bad. After calling them, they sent another engine, 3 weeks later the motor they sent ran. After paying the mechanic twice, took to emissions, passed, parked the car. Less than 50 miles on the car with this engine, I noticed a leak, was a slow drip, thinking its a bad hose, I left it. Week later I got paid and sent it over to a neighbor shop. Diag came back, bad head gasket! Called JDM, and let them know about the engine, but after explaining, the guy said he cant make any decisions, I need to call tomorrow and he said before we hung up, the warranty is only 30 days. I would never go to this place, nor recommend them. Now my engine is at the machine shop, getting a full build, cause what I thought has less than 60k miles, truthfully did not! Have pictures to prove my story

Just want to share my experience. My wife’s car popped a head gasket the car is good enough shape so I figured I’d throw a motor in it. Keep in mind that I’ve done motors before so I know the breaks that can happen. If I purchased a engine and the oil pan leaked or maybe it needed a valve cover gasket no problem, not even worth complaining about. It’s a used motor so I know that it very well may need some attention. The motor they sold me was sold as a JDM engine with a ball park of 60,000 miles on it. Well that was a total lie it was from Canada and had over 100,000 on it after I did my homework. It had a very bad blown head gasket from the first time it was fired up. Worse in fact then the motor I removed. They do not stand by there product what so ever. If they sell you a bad engine expect to be stuck, unless your willing to get “convincing” with them. In fairness I know they’ve sold some great engines as well so I guess it’s like Vegas, how lucky do you feel? Cause if you get a bad one they could care less about there customers or honoring the guarantee they claim to have on there product.
