Horrible customer service. Messaged someone that works for the company about a shift knob they said a price for it which was reasonable. Went to the yard to get the part and the person at the yard said they sell the shifter assembly complete and I couldn't buy the shift knob. Why was I quoted a price if I couldn't come buy it?
