I'm from Washington and had a fantastic local shop in Bellingham(Northwest European) I went to for service on my bmws, most recently my e39 525i. Moving to blackfoot Idaho recently, I was concerned about finding a good European shop for vehicle help. Eurotech has completely satisfied me with the level of knowledge and service for my bmw! Highly recommended!

I took my Volkswagen Touareg a month ago in because it was shaking when accelerating. The techs were able to squeeze me in and let me know what was wrong. I was very pleased with the professional services that they rendered to me. Today, I replaced the battery myself, and saw that the airbag light had a fault. They took a quick look and saw that because of the battery replacement, there were a lot of low voltage faults. They cleared them out and my car is running just fine! They have earned me as a customer when that car is having issues. Thanks a lot!

My Toyota stopped working. Not being from Idaho this place was recommended and I must say they were quick and very fair. Friendly staff as well. Prices are better than SLC. I have had issues with dealerships before, especially on pricing and time it takes to get a job done so both my wife and I were not initially excited about taking our car to a dealer but there was little other choice for a Saturday. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their car no matter the make.

I have had several times that my bin was not emptied on the designated day. This week was no exception. My driveway is totally cleared, my bin has been full for 2 weeks. We put the bin out on the 21st of December, and it was emptied. We put it out on the 4th of January, and it was skipped. When I called to have them empty it, I was told that last week was the time to put it out and no one will be here to empty it until next week. I am done!!! I pay 3 to 6 months at a time, and what they are doing with their scheduling is idiotic!! Before I hung up the phone, I told their "customer service" person, to send someone to pick up their bin. I am through messing with them!!! No stars, if I could!!

Have had multiple issues where payments have been made only to see the driver skip us on route day. Then call and find out we “didn’t pay” and then the payment was magically found. Straw that broke the camels back was putting out recycling the day before service date at 3 pm and the next day it is not picked up while everyone else on the block got service. Call and speak to a lady who says the driver says it wasn’t out there in time and you have to wait 2 weeks until next pickup date. She then proceeded to speak over me after I told her she was calling me a liar and wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. Then magically the story changed and the driver was having vehicle problems. Crazy enough later that day the bin was picked up and the driver wasn’t having vehicle trouble anymore. Awful customer service. Zero stars if I could.

We did curbside recycling for a year and half. We loved this service and being able to recycle conveniently. We had no issues with western recycling until 4 months ago. They simply stopped coming to our house. I would call the next day to let them know and they sent a truck out a few days later. This became the norm. I got tired of paying for a service that I was not receiving. Very disappointed. When we canceled this service, they said the owner would be contacting us to ask about our experience. We never heard anything. Hoping for a better curbside recycling company in the near future.

I was sitting in a marked parking space in my car the other morning with one of my kids in a school parking lot, waiting to pick up my other child, when a Western Recycling truck pulled into the lot. The driver pulled the truck towards my car and backed up. Since a lot of service trucks come into that lot all the time and usually go down towards the other end, I didn't think anything of it. We were only going to be there for a couple of minutes anyway, so I kept watching for my kid. But then, the Western Recycling driver pulled forward again and kept getting closer and closer to my car until he was dangerously close. He then started to raise and lower the truck's arms at us in a threatening manner and gesture and yell angrily. He pulled forward and back several more times and repeated the angry behavior, even laying on the truck horn long and loud and disrupting staff and students while school was still in session. His continued harassment of us and out-of-control behavior were making me nervous for not only my and my older child's safety, but especially for my younger child who would be coming from the school and into the lot at any moment. There was NO way I was moving my car since, 1) I was in the marked parking spot I had specifically been told to park in weeks ago by school staff, and 2) I did not want to lose sight of my child or leave her wandering the parking lot trying to find us with this company's driver moving the truck forwards and backwards and behaving so aggressively and dangerously towards us. I realize Western Recycling drivers probably run on a set schedule, but in my book, safety and respect for others come FIRST. At the very most, this driver was delayed only ~60 seconds between the time he started acting like a total creep to us and the time my child got in the car and we left. If that guy were one of my employees, he'd 100% be fired on the spot. And if he can't control himself or treat others any better than that, then he shouldn't be out on the roads and definitely shouldn't be driving around schools. Road rage has led to so many tragic incidents that there is no way I'd want a hot-headed bully like that out representing my company in any capacity. I have lodged a complaint with Western Recycling and was told the info would be forwarded to their HR department for further evaluation. I certainly hope that wasn't just talk and that they actually discipline this employee. In the meantime, this traumatic experience has completely soured me on having anything to do with Western Recycling...hence the single star.

I can't believe I'm giving Auto Zone a terrible review, but it is only this particular store. For the most part I've found them pretty good threw-out The country. This one just can't seem to get it right, inventory wise, per there website. Nor can they seem to call or tx when your part does come in, usually mid afternoon. SO, 1st time, a fuel filter for an older van, next day they say, we will call you. Hotel bill for the night. There web site SAID ,-in stock-WRONG. Next day, NO CALL OR TX, another hotel bill, 3rd morning I CALL THEM. Oh, sorry it's been here 2 days. 2nd time- again there website, for THIS STORE said -IN STOCK, (Radiator Hose) and AGAIN, we'll order it and call you, and AGAIN another Cab Fare, Hotel Bill, ect. I'm DONE with this particular store. Overall, Auto Zone is a great company, just not this particular one.

Order #349466 on 07/22/2022. I was literally shocked to see 5 people on the clock. They had five (5). 99.9% of the time, that's a "I won the lottery" moment. But I was mistaken. 5 employees with only myself as a customer is apparently not the Holy grail of shade tree mechanics. I'm quite OCD, SO I arrived at Autozone on Broadway with part # in-hand. It's a part number I chose, so I'm completely at fault if it's wrong. Literally the EASIEST transaction for the person who ends up helping me. I walked the isle for filters. I need a $12 fuel filter. After realizing it either doesn't exist, or it's behind the counter, I went to the counter looking for assistance. One guy was stocking material, the other 4, 2 men and 2 females, were sitting behind cash register 4. In an attempt to be cordial to the people Literally paid to help me, I said "would anyone mind helping me? I already know the part number, I just need someone to get it from the shelves behind the counter. Literally ABSOLUTE silence. Of the 4, one male looked at me as if computing advanced algebra. The other three Literally went from making eye contact with me, to counting the little dots in 2'X2' ceiling tile.i stood there for a super awkward 20 seconds before the guy stocking shelves trotted up and said "how can I help you?" I was saved! I told him the part number, he looked it up, grabbed the ladder and Literally jogged up the steps, handed me the part. Naturally I wasn't happy. So I requested a 2nd part that was optional. The 4 original people stared at me. I said laughing "obviously, this isn't O'riley's don't all rush to my aid! Literally none of them did. The socially awkward, as am I, taller one with brown hair handed me the part as I was still dumbfounded by the literal inability of the other 4. Then I listened as the "4" originals explained how "O'Reilly's pays commission or O'Reilly's pays better Hourly." If the young man that helped me while 4 of his worthless peers refused, if reading this, please message me. I want you as an apprentice. You're starting wage is the highest of the 4 imbeciles, plus what an O'Reilly's employee makes, with commission. I'm dead serious. I'm a journeyman Automation electrician. Let's go make some money

Did not put any padding/packaging material in the box for my torque converter. The box arrived full of holes and the part was damaged Beyond use. They blamed it on rough shipping, but it was clear that the box was damaged prior to shipment, since the shipping label was applied over an existing hole in the box. Seriously?!?!

Ordered a sleeved throw out bearing on wed. They said there warehouse in Boise had it in stock. I guess they didn't ship it and called again and they said they had to order from another place and shipping would run 20 bucks and be here on Monday. Monday came and went Tyler gave me another story why we didn't get it until Tuesday .Tyler called early get payment which i found really odd before even the part arrived and then charged me 55 to ship it and I called him to ask why and he said deal with it and I asked to speak to his boss and he hung up on me immediately I called back and kept getting hung up on finally the 5th time I called in and got through to the manager and explained my problem and he was willing to work with me so moral of the story don't deal with a shady guy named Tyler he will lie to you and hang up on your phone call repeatedly everyone else there knows what they are doing

I didn't actually have anything done here, which is what makes these guys so awesome! One of the guys there spent at least 30 mins with me (I had the check engine codes read and printed somewhere else). He looked at the codes and took the time to find the needed parts. He gave me some great advice on what my options were, and was extremely friendly. Fortunately I was able to drive my car down to Utah (where I live). If I'd had the time to stay up there, I would have had these guys do the work.

I would like to respond to these poor reviews on behalf of Idaho Transmission. First of all, Empey's needs to clarify all the details of the incident he is referring to in his disappointing review. Empey's had a vehicle in their shop that had an engine that had been changed from what the factory put in originally so the part they ordered and installed was incorrect. In their defense, they may have not known the engine was not the original but the installing mechanic should have compared both parts before installing. By installing the incorrect part, it damaged the part & our manufacturer would not warranty a part that was not defective but was damaged by installer. All of our items have specific warranties offered by the individual manufacturer against defects in material & workmanship. As far as the other two reviews, I have no idea what either are talking about or ever remember them. If there was a valid issue, we do stand behind our products. Installation errors are not warranties. Yes, you can install a release bearing incorrectly. Many people equate a warranty with automatic & total replacement of any part that goes bad for any reason. Once it leaves our premises, it is out of our control how the part was installed or what conditions it was subject to. WARRANTY DOES NOT MEAN AUTOMATIC REPLACEMENT .Our clutches are OEM Valeo and not Chinese import so again, the review about the clutch & the remarks about the Chinese parts is ridiculous . We are sorry that these individuals have such anger and would write such slanderous claims. Idaho Transmission does stand behind their product and has been an upstanding member of the BBB since 1976. If either of these individuals would like to call me directly and discuss this, I would be more than happy to see what the issues were because this is the first time I ever heard of either Destiny or Chris, let alone any problem they had.
