Had a great experience. Filled out form online and someone called me back to ask a couple questions. He gave me a quote & told me someone would be calling from Copart in New Britain. They called me the next day and picked up the car. I just handed him the title & keys and he gave me a check. Would definitely use them again! Very quick & easy. They also gave me $100 more then anywhere else I called.

Definitely would recommend them for anyone trying to clean up the driveway/garage! Excellent communication , and very prompt. Unfortunately, the driver had the wrong town for my address. He called and was so calm didn't give up and was here to pickup my car in no time! When he got here even though it put him out like 35 mins he still was very respectful,nice and informative! Thanks!

A-rite used auto parts was a company that was listed on line of having a having a good used taillamp. They, a- rite told us "the tail lamp is good" . We gave them our credit card and between the time we ordered and time we received, the credit card expired. the taillamp arrives and is NOT good , was damaged. now i speak to David , some sort of manager who states "we only credit your credit card, (remember the credit card had expired) we don't send check for refunds, we don't do ACH for refunds. its either a credit on that credit card or nothing!!" no checks "!! I asked "how in the world other than they don't want to refund us the money", I asked him, can a business never write a check SCAMMER

Disgusting. Ordered parts came a day late when they got here the parts were wrong they gave me a call and apologized and said they will be here next morning called them to confirm and now told me tomorrow and the guy just hung up on me. Would never use this place ever again. After years of doing business.

Will tell you over phone that they can't show you the part or take a picture of it. Come down and we can talk about the condition once it's ready. And when the condition isn't right or acceptable because it's the first time the paying customer has seen the part the guys will tell you either take it or go. I rather not spend my time waiting for you to screw me and charge me extra at the same time. Then find out last minute and now my time and money are tied up with you. Real nice. Stay away from these guys unless you’re just trying to offload for the sake of getting rid of stuff. They will lowball you to death. By far the cheapest guys in the state! Plus their website states that they are open until 3. I have gotten they just passed 2 and the gate was closed with their truck blocking entrance.

I recently visited the most untrustworthy scam artist. I brought what I knew to be 1500 -2000 pounds on the safe side I also knew the weight because I knew the light fixtures dry weight and the number which I dumped I brought them 100 fixtures each weighing 15-30 pounds each expecting a low estimate of 1500 pounds I was told I had 500poundsin all I also had 40 pounds of copper wire I was paid 40cents a pound for he claimed he gave me $40. This same run I did days earlier and I was paid $235 at GNS Scrap yard. They would not give me a receipt they wouldn't tell me my weigh in or out weight. I was then surrounded in a small office and was tolf I could take the $40 or they were going to take it back. The kicker was since they don't maintain the yard at all I got a nail threw my tire and barely made it home. Do not visit unless you want to be strong armed into a fraction of what your owed.

Don’t even think he weighs your truck just peeks in the bed and comes up with a lowball in his head. I came in with approximately 250 lbs worth of steel last week and he gave me 10 dollars came in this week with easily over double that and he gave me ten dollars once again.
