They discouraged me 2 times on the phone, that they did not have the rim I was needing. I went there anyway. After being sent to the furthest end of the lot I came back up to the building and in the rim and wheel area, (by the office) low and behold there was the exact rim I was needing. Only reason I gave them 2 stars was because I found the rim I needed. Not sure how the salvage yards still survive with terrible attitudes, and cheap after market parts but some how they are around. They have a big selection so if you know what you are needing, save the waste of a phone call and go find it and get it.

I realized I got there kind of late in the day on A Wednesday And the yard guys had already gone home The Feller at the front desk That greeted me when I came in the doorTold me that he would have his help is help look for a set of rims that I was looking for 1st thing Thursday morning and he should know something by 9 30 10 o'clock 9 o'clock I called them at noon time they still hadn't looked still hadn't lookedI guess my sale was small peanuts And not worth the effort to do what he said he would Maybe you could do better

Curt, but quick, they had the transmission ready to go, even loaded it up for me. Cheaper than LKQ, and faster than pulling it yourself, which you can also do. Decent selection

I bought a motor and had to pay before they would take it out of the vehicle paid extra for them to them to take out and it’s been over 24 hours. I keep calling them, they said they’ll call me when they get it out. Very rude person and all of the workers were only inside doing nothing. Very lazy people and the worse thing I can’t get my money back.

The staff can be rude, whichvis putting it nicely they strictly enforce 12pm to 1pm lunch they dont mention til you read the front door which can be an inconvenience when driving from out of town....
