The guy who answered should be patient with customers, all I did was reask what 3 in a half cents per pound means, not good customer service, you need patience and be able to respond politely to customer questions so you don't affect the business negatively.

Typically I get decent value and I visit 2-4 times a week and today I had a small amount of scrap wire which Typically is a30% copper value and I also threw in an old extension cord to get me enough to get me some gas and maybe a burger but they hurried me through and grouped the cord in with the low value wire. Extension cord is usually 45-50% copper value. So no cheezbrg for me today. I know I'm only bitchin about 3. Or 4 dollars but that's half of my current life savings and they wouldn't give me the time of day.
